Great Service at a fair price I have taken my car there several times. I have always received great service and they addressed the issue in a timely manner. They make it easy to drop off the car and pick up times are flexible. Staff has always been very kind.
Pelham Auto Service is the worst! Once you drop off your car, don't expect a call back to let you know what's up. If they did manage to return my calls, they would always leave ambiguous messages, never letting me know what the problem is. We'd constantly end up playing phone tag. They were overworked and often I couldn't even get through the busy signal to talk to them. They let my car sit for days before getting back to me. They also didn't fix my car the first time, and the day after I brought it home I broke down and had... read more
