Great Service at a fair price I have taken my car there several times. I have always received great service and they addressed the issue in a timely manner. They make it easy to drop off the car and pick up times are flexible. Staff has always been very kind.
Pelham Auto Service is the worst! Once you drop off your car, don't expect a call back to let you know what's up. If they did manage to return my calls, they would always leave ambiguous messages, never letting me know what the problem is. We'd constantly end up playing phone tag. They were overworked and often I couldn't even get through the busy signal to talk to them. They let my car sit for days before getting back to me. When a business has every opportunity to rip you off, but instead goes out of their way to save you money, you've found one of the good ones. Businesses with integrity -- and of course the skills to do the job right -- deserve your business, and these guys have both. Fantastic!
Brought my 2008 VW R32 there for a few repairs, including an oil pan and suspension work. Got it back the next day. Excellent service! Know VW's very well. Would recommend to anyone.
I have been serviced by Pelham Auto for 30 years. There has never been a moment when I have felt completely secure in their care of me and my car. I picked my last car based on their recommendation. They charge less than the dealership and because they are a cooperative, they really stand by there work. Why go anywhere else?
The guys don't talk down to women. Nuff said.
