Pele's has the most over priced services for the amount of expereince their staff has. They don't even have a colorist that knows what blonde means. After waiting almost 30 minutes for my stylist I told her I want color, platinum blonde to be exact. What did I get....blonde with orange around the tips and root area. The young girl kept calling it "golden" blonde. I've been getting my hair done for well over 20 years and I know orange when I see it and my hair was orange. After spending over an hour having foils put in my hair the stylist turned my hair an orange/copperish color. She then told me to go to Sally's Beauty Supply to get a toner that would fix it. For that I paid $120. I did try the product for a week it helped but didn't completely take the orange out. The manager rudely refused to give me a refund so I could go somewhere else to get it fixed. He said I could come back to the same stylist to get it fixed. What kind of Salon and Day Spa doesn't offer any services other than hair? They don't do massage, waxing, nails....nothing but hair. I'd say that's false advertisting.
