I order a medium General Tso's chicken to pick they charge me $17 dollars and the size was small box and tiny rice the chicken was dry I will never buy food at this place again

We come to DC once a year. We always eat here at least once. The service was lacking. My wife ordered a soft drink. A can was sit in front of her. No glass or straw. I asked for a glass and a straw. Only the straw was provided.
