Simple and Delicious A family favorite restaurant for dinner where quality of food is exceptional and cost doesn't break the bank. Seating is spacious (where you don't need to ease-drop on neighboring tables).
Old School Charm Why aren't you eating here? This is a great, simple and friendly neighborhood restaurant with tasty food. Faves include whole fish, orange chicken and hardened bean curd with beef.
Mister This place is right up the street from my work and I have ate there a few times. Good selection and taste. However the last time I was there I walked past a hallway to the kitchen and omg...I could see back in there and no way am I ever going back. I have since found a better place on 39th just west of sw tfwy. I think it is Oriental something. Great food and clean.
Affordable, Delicious, Friendly Service Chinese Food! The lackluster exterior gives way to a hidden gem of Chinese food. It's a simple, quiet restaurant, with a friendly owner who gives excellent service. The food is tasty, inexpensive, and worth a return visit. I think the majority of their business is takeout, but I enjoyed dining in. The booths were comfortable and the service made for a great experience. I look forward to tasting more delights on this menu!

Please don't be fooled by the outside. Peking Chinese Restaurant is freakin awesome. My fiance and I have now deemed out our favorite place for chinese! The times that we've been there, it's been pretty quiet. They've recently opened, and I get the feeling not too many people know about this little gem, or get fooled by its' outside appearance. Delicious Chinese Food and Friendly Service I wanted to go here a few times before writing my review. That said this place has been instrumental in helping me finish my thesis.
I went there for lunch and thought it was delicous. I like my food spicey and some chinese places call it spicey when its not. Peking had the perfect amount of spicy, enough to make my nose run but not so much it was too hot. I thought the service was great. I will definitely good back.
Kansas City's Best Local Chinese Restaurant – Just to tell everyone I am not a big fan of corporate restaurants. I travel a lot and it seems like every where I go the local restaurants are disappearing. The great thing about corporate restaurants the food and service is constant from one location to another.
