I've been paying premiums to this company for 10 years and never needed to file a claim until now. Absolutely horrible experience with David Hammond. Can't reach him. It's been 5 weeks since my claim was filed and he finally called to say that they're covering a full roof replacement but has not given me anything in writing to support that yet. My car was vandalized. The moon roof completely shattered. I reported it to our Insurance agent which was then turned over to Kyle King. It's been 2 months and the car has yet to be repaired. Personally I'm very upset for such a long delay. I'm still waiting for a check from the company.
