Great company!
After well over 30 years of coverage with little to no claims, my mother's insurance was dropped due to 2 weather-related claims - the derecho and a tornado - nearly 2 years apart. Absolutely no regard to her as a customer. Do not use this company if you want good customer service.
My claim was bumbled every step of the way... Alex my agent forgot to send the form to the body shop. After hearing nothing I had to call back a week later to remind him to reach out to the body shop. I had asked to have the money deposited to my account I was told it had to be a check and I would have it in a couple days ...after several days I call and my agent went on vacation..so I got a different person.
