I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Dr. Bahari’s office. My mother, my sister, and I have all been patients at this practice, and unfortunately, our experiences with the front desk—particularly Tammy (Tahmineh)—have been so negative that all three of us ultimately decided to change doctors. The secretary is unbelievably rude, just like the rude secretaries we had in Iran.
The worse office ever!!! Starts with the rudest receptionist who would not make an emergency appointment for my father to be seen for his knee, for which he has been hospitalized for the last few months. First of all, she wouldn’t look him up in her system with his name and social even though I’m in health care and I know that not to be true. Dr. Bahari made a referral for me and the insurance never sent it to the specialist. The specialist's office asked me to call Dr Bahari's front office and have them send their paperwork that the referral was approved. Dr Bahari's professional and friendly secretary happily did this for me. And quickly. This is what you want from a doctor's front office. She saved me a lot of time with the inurance bureaucracy.
