Dr. Bahari made a referral for me and the insurance never sent it to the specialist. The specialist's office asked me to call Dr Bahari's front office and have them send their paperwork that the referral was approved. Dr Bahari's professional and friendly secretary happily did this for me. And quickly. This is what you want from a doctor's front office. She saved me a lot of time with the inurance bureaucracy.
Whenever I share concerns with Dr I feel like I’m quickly brushed off—everything is just called ‘normal,’ even when I know something needs attention. It’s as if there’s no real listening, and I feel rushed out. On top of that, the receptionist is extremely Rude—very short, harsh, and dismissive, making me feel like I’m doing something wrong just by calling. This makes the whole experience really unpleasant
Very disappointed with the behavior of the secretary, Tahmineh, at the office of Pezhman Bahari. My father has a serious ear problem, and despite his condition, there was no proper cooperation in giving us an appointment. The way we were treated was unprofessional and disrespectful. When someone is dealing with a medical issue, the least they deserve is understanding and respectful communication. I hope the office management takes this matter seriously so other patients do not have the same unpleasant experience.”
“I had a very disappointing experience with the secretary, Tahmineh, at the office of Pezhman Bahari. Her attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking in proper customer service. Instead of helping patients respectfully, she spoke in a rude and dismissive manner that made the experience extremely uncomfortable.
