One of the receptionist was so rude and unreasonable. She wanted me to come 1.5hrs before my scheduled time, when I said I couldn’t plus I don’t live in that neighborhood, she scolded me. When I asked to confirm my schedule time she ignored me. The time I had on my phone’s calendar was different than what they’ve written on the instruction sheet, I chose to follow the one on the sheet because they hand-written it so I thought that’s more accurate than what I put down. I visited Dr. Xiao’s clinic last Thursday for a gastroenterology appointment, but their system was "upgrading" and couldn’t see patients.
