The front desk is a hit or miss at times. They don't adhere to the scheduled appointment times. Appointment was scheduled for 2:45. It is currently 3:07. They said they still had 3 patients before us. Even though we came earlier then our appointment time to sign in and wait. I was understanding and didnt ask until 2:55. Whats the point of an appointment system if you do not adhere to it. Doctor may be good. But the scheduling is something you should be aware of. Prepare to wait half the day here.
我在2月份想预约肠胃镜检查，前台告诉我必须先看医生才能预约肠胃镜检查！我自费付了$110预约完医生，聊了不到一分钟,医生给我的建议需要做个检查！我打电话给前台预约不到合适的时间，于是我要求过段时间重新打电话预约！等我4月7号再次打电话预约肠胃镜检查的时候，前台让我必须再交$110 才能预约检查！ 而且态度极其恶劣，很不耐烦！我完全不理解这是什么操作，为什么我自费预约肠胃镜检查还必须自费2次$110才能预约检查，简直太荒唐了！
