Very thorough and explained everything so I could understand it.
I would like to add.. My husband had a heart attack 8 yrs ago. Went to our local hospital who was adamant he go to bassett in Cooperstown and they would not take no for an answer. Husband had Dr. Zou previously so we called his office after hours on a weekend. Dr. Zou and i had several back and forth calls that night. End result was Dr. Zou got him a bed in Albany Med (after Cobleskill nurse told us there was nothing available in Albany Med and they had a bed ready in Cooperstown) Thank God for Dr.Zou.
