I have worked with Peine for both my business and personal home. Working with Wayne and Sam from start to finish has always been great. Wayne is easy to communicate with and kept me informed throughout the projects. Sam is a hard worker, very efficient and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Peine for any of your heating and plumbing needs.
I have to give a huge shoutout to Connor. Our water softener was on the fritz leaking out the back. He came in recommended we get a new one but was willing to see if a new O-ring would fix it for us, to buy us time to get a new one. Our AC quit working and because our furnace was over 20 years old, we had to replace both units. Conner came out and gave us his best price up front. His quote was lower than the other contractor. No games or gimmicks like some of the bigger companies. We were scheduled for the following week. Conner and one other gentleman came out on time and worked until the job was complete. New bathtub was installed. I told them about wall being a bit too far apart for tub. I had to shim one entire wall on drain side to make sheetrock /durock meet old tub correctly. I removed all sheetrock on one wall drain side so that i can use new shims to meet up to new tub. However they put cardboard between outside wall and tub on the head side opposite of drain side That forces tub to sit away from wall. Now my durock will not go over the tub lip at the head end. Booked an appointment with them to replace my toilets. They called me the day of the appointment to let me know the installer was sick. I don’t mind that. Life happens but calling me about 20 minutes before he was scheduled to show up is a no go for me. I also have a life and things to do and could’ve been at work much earlier.
