If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is HORRIBLE I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Building 8 is FULL of black mold and they refuse to fix it unless u move out. You can submit work orders everyday and they will get ignored. This place not only created mental distress for me and my family but it made us extremely sick!! This place is a literal joke and the owning company doesn’t even have the nerve to respond to any calls or emails. Screw PEINE!!!! I hope they get shut down by the city!!

Everything is nice here. Maintenance and landscaping are very good at their jobs. Management stays on top of new problems. It's a great place to live.
