The entire process was poorly managed. The staff seemed untrained, leading to multiple errors in order fulfillment. My items arrived late, some were damaged, and several packages were missing altogether. Communication was also lacking. It was nearly impossible to get clear updates, and when I did, the responses felt dismissive. For the amount I paid, I expected far better organization and care. If you’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented packing services dont go here Parking lot smelled like a pound of weed

This was my first time delivering here and I was very impressed with all the employees, Shipping and Receiving staff. It all started with the young lady in the office, who was very polite, professional, and helpful. Then I was greeted by Kobe, the warehouse manager, great customer service and continued to assist me in being unloaded promptly. Last was the warehouse staff, who constantly checked to see if I was taken care of. Awesome job to everyone, please keep up the great job!

Deliveries are by appt till 3pm. Receiver Coby is a stand up guy. Nice place to deliver.
