We had our hitch break while on vacation from Ontario. After some investigating Mike determined that it was a fixable issue. He gave us some options for cost and timing of service. We brought the hitch in, they rebuilt part of it and we carried on our vacation with little disruption. 10/10 service. So grateful we found them!
This spring we needed the hot water tank replaced on our Winnebago Adventurer. After it took a month to locate one the experience was relatively pleasant. The staff were excellent. Mike’s only caution was to leave the hot water tank compartment door open when the pilot was lit as this may be a fire hazard. He informed me the tank they installed didn’t vent in the same location as the original….so they duct taped the vent. Over the months we followed his instructions.
