Filled out my prescription in a timely manner. Friendly staff.
These guys keep messing up. They don’t call you and I found out that they filled my prescription without my knowledge. Now it’s the weekend they aren’t open and won’t pickup a phone and walk ins won’t prescribe medication since it’s already filled. Don’t bother just use shoppers and save yourself the trouble
I always have had great service until the last pharmacist came on. Now I have to check if I have all my prescriptions as she never remembers me from one month to the next. Her assistant is very condescending and passive aggressive. I always have power struggles with her. I always feel frustrated whenever I have to deal with her, she likes to withhold information and prescriptions. I wish they could stick with one pharmacist as since I have been going in the last 2 yrs they have had 4 pharmacists and each one take so long to ... read more
