Absolutely the rudest men in service, did not care to see what was going on with my vehicle just immediately was a jerk about it, didn’t care that I would be without a vehicle with 4 kids. When I stated that the ford protect warranty I have says I can rent a vehicle from enterprise since they don’t provide loaners he said that wasn’t true which it is I confirmed with another dealership. He probably should go back to training and learn about the warranty programs they have. Won’t be back here.

Expensive to just have car checked for 2 issues....$90 for checking suspension n struts..n then another $60 to check brakes out...geeesssshhh..ijs
