Great rates I used to buy my auto insurance from Pegram & Associates when I lived in the Concord area. They always had a great staff that was easy to work with. The office was located just off of Hwy 29 and easy to get to. The insurance rates were the best around. I did alot of shopping around before I decided to go with them and they had the best rates.
May be a little cheaper but the horrible customer service is not worth it! Every experiece I have had with Pegram Insurance has been negative. The customer service is horrible! This is only one example...I wanted to add myself to my husband's policy. I was given a quote but then billed $90 a month more than what I was told. No one had the courtesy to call me and inform me of the difference. Then when I remove myself from the policy, I was billed a late fee for my husband's policy!
