I have been seeing Pegi for therapy for a few years. She is an amazing therapist and has helped me more than words can say (I highly recommend her!). I also joined her meditation group which has helped me so much with my stress levels (I highly recommend this too!). Mental health and self-care are so important and I am looking forward to learning more at her retreat in April.

Pegi’s ability to help during difficult times, was beyond helpful. Pegi has such an ability to ask the right question and keep the conversation on the task. Each meeting we had with Pegi was so helpful and appreciated. Encourage anyone to go through one of Pegi’s seminars or individual meetings, well worth the time and money.

Pegi is wonderful. She has helped me so much by pulling me out of a debilitating 2+ year depression. I wouldn’t be a productive member of society today if I’d never opened myself to her. Thank you, Pegi! ❤️

I have been working with Pegi for nearly 3 years now. She has helped me work through many different issues over the years! From the jump she made me feel very comfortable in our sessions and has been an encouraging person and support in my life since! 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking therapy.
