Our family stopped using Firelands Eyecare a couple of years ago. I’ve asked them multiple times to take us off of their automated reminder calls to set up an appointment, yet I continue to get them. When I call and ask them to remove my name from their list they tell me it’s corporate making the calls and they don’t know if they can get them to stop. That’s ridiculous & harassment.
Best eye doctor that I’ve ever been to. The workers there are super nice and super fast.
