It is unfortunate that I feel I have to write this negative review. This firm is handling the real estate closing for my 85 year old mother. The closing has been delayed twice now. The 1st time, less than 24 hours notice (which we wouldn't have even known about had my mother's realtor not gone to their office to check on final details), the 2nd time, literally sitting at the table ready to sign the papers.
