Called 5x for an emergency for my dog and got an automated message each time, that when I gave my name ignored me completely.
Helped me with my dog a lot over the years.
I saw Dr. Keegan in cardiology after my routine vet brought up concerns. Dr. Keegan was absolutely amazing. He was calm and friendly which was comforting given my stressful state. He took his time with me to explain the results and next steps to take with my routine vet. Luna and I thank you!
Yes, emergency are expensive. But from when I called to walking in and throughout the process I was overly explained how much each action would cost by a printed list. I greatly appreciated this. It was my choice to then choose which test or medications to move forward with. I wish it was like this when I go to the doctors office. The vet and staff were patient, kind and even offered me a tissue when I cried. My cat is doing better and his condition will need more care.
