They were super nice, helpful, and they were giving helpful information that is helping my cat get better. They also seemed super professional and they were allowing me and my family to see my cat I see this place as a great place to go to if there is something with your animal. Thank u so much AnimERge for the time and effort you guys made for my cat.
We left without a diagnosis. The vet did not appear knowledgeable about my dog’s condition, and the front desk staff seemed unprepared and unable to provide helpful information. Given the lack of confidence in the care provided, I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog there for observation.
Brought my dog in for an emergency. Greeted upon entering and the vet assistant explained what was going to happen. I felted the physician was clear and answered all questions. Clean environment and comfortable waiting area. I would recommend bringing your pet if the need arises.
