Went in for an office visit and I do not like going to the doctor I was very nervous. Spoke to Doris and she was so kind and friendly she made me relax. She sat down spoke to me about every detail of what was going to be done she made it feel like I was sitting down talking to an old friend. I can not say enough how thankful I am to her. Doris made me feel such at ease and the visit was great.
This is the worst healthcare service provider I have ever seen. The nurse (Doris) talks too much and claims to be experienced enough to manage the office, but she was unable to withdraw blood after pinching me 3 times for nothing. I had to go Quest lab. She processed the claims incorrectly. After verifying with the insurance company, I called to ask her to rectify her claims, but she literally hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this office at all.
Peggy helped me so much when I needed it. Peggy explains everything in detail and takes her time. She takes action and really cares!
