I was referred by a colleague who thought Dr. Rupp could be helpful with my very progressive osteoarthritis that is getting worse and causing mobility issues. I had a similar experience as many others who gave reviews with regards to her poor bedside manner, not listening to my symptoms, rushing through the appointment, and even though I told her I have to be careful with meds because of severe IBS, she still prescribed meds that can cause severe damage to my stomach/intestinal track. Dr. Rupp is awesome! She is helping me with my osteoporosis and treatment. Very good at explaining everything I need to know and is very nice. Front office is super helpful and friendly getting my insurance to approve the meds I need. Very friendly and welcoming office.

If I could go lower than one star I definitely would. I came in with a list of symptoms that Dr. Rupp said were all part of a cold that I had caught repeatedly after an 8 minute conversation. She didn't listen to any concerns that I had and was clearly in a hurry to get me out the door and send me a bill. I will obviously be seeking care from another provider and would highly recommend not seeing Dr. Rupp.
