Peggi was charged with helping me downsize and sell my sister's home in Fredericksburg on a tight time frame. I live out of town so I relied on her for all maint issues and repairs related to getting the house on the market including meeting contractors, facilitating payments and offering cost effective ideas. Peggi is such a pleasure to work with! She is always professional, and she knows the real estate market very well. This was my first time buying a house, and she was always patient to explain the process and keep me informed about the steps involved.
