Peggi Howell is simply the best realtor we could have asked for. My wife and I were overseas during the sale of our home, and Peggi went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. She took care of countless details, solved problems quickly, and always kept us informed, giving us complete peace of mind despite the distance. What impressed us most was how trustworthy, dedicated, and proactive she was throughout the entire process. We trusted Peggi completely, and sh... read more

From Sherry H. Peggi was great, having to work with a group of 8 people to sell joint owned land. She advertised beautifully and got the sale. I would recommend Peggi for anyone looking for a fantastic realtor and awesome results.

Peggi was charged with helping me downsize and sell my sister's home in Fredericksburg on a tight time frame. I live out of town so I relied on her for all maint issues and repairs related to getting the house on the market including meeting contractors, facilitating payments and offering cost effective ideas. I never doubted that ... read more

Once decided, Peggi and her team (especially Steve) went to work, from curb appeal, to interior improvements, to deep cleaning, and staging. Every... read more

Peggi is such a pleasure to work with! She is always professional, and she knows the real estate market very well. This was my first time buying a house, and she was always patient to explain the process and keep me informed about the steps involved. She looks out for her clients, and she provides good, sound advice. I can't recommend her enough.
