Thank you for paving the way for our travels to Prague and the Ama riverboat cruise on the Danube. Everythng went smoothly once we exited through the right door from the luggage claim at the Prague airport! The young man who met us was patiently waiting on the other side. David stepped in a saved the day! My friend and I were regulars on David's Plays in London each February. I discovered that I needed a hip replacement as soon as possible in the beginning of that month. David took on the task of getting my money back from the insurance company as well as my friend's funds. We appreciate this so much. He went above and beyond his role for us.
Maggie was exceptional in preparing, informing, scheduling my vacation. She kept me updated on everything happening and was quick to respond with all my questions.
It was a pleasure working with David! He provided us with so much information and held our hands through the process as this was our first European trip. All went well with flights and transfers with the exception when returning from Dublin to Atlanta. Our flight left 1 1/2 hours late so we had to run to get our connecting flight with only a few minutes to spare. This was not his fault, Collette did not give us much layover time to begin with. We had Maggie Lawler help us put together a wonderful tour of Ireland and Scotland. The guides/drivers were all terrific. Additionally, Maggie steppedwent there was a flight disruption and did a great job fixing that hiccup with a minimum of inconvenience for us. Great job!
