My son's therapist was good. She went on leave recently and Pegasus did not bother to follow-up with continuing his therapy. I reached out and did not get a call back until 4 weeks later, and only after I submitted my termination of care to them. Then the owner Wendy called, no apologies, she just said "So you found a new therapist for your son" I indicated "no", and asked her if she had gotten my letter terminating care.
