My son's therapist was good. She went on leave recently and Pegasus did not bother to follow-up with continuing his therapy. I reached out and did not get a call back until 4 weeks later, and only after I submitted my termination of care to them. Then the owner Wendy called, no apologies, she just said "So you found a new therapist for your son" I indicated "no", and asked her if she had gotten my letter terminating care. My son loves coming here! So much he asks if it's his horsey day everyday! We make the 45 minute to an hour drive twice a week. Wendy, Megan, and Miguel are great!
I drive an hour and a half to take my son to see Wendy, and I just love how she is teaching us all the signs, and the animals are my sons favorite!
