Since I haven't had a spa in a while I needed a refresher on my chemicals and keeping my water balanced. I met Dawn at Pegasus and she's has been great. She has been very patient with me while needing advice from time to time about my water. She has never tried to be a "salesman" to get my money. She has been very kind and professional with every visit. Their prices are fair, and they are my go-to spa store. Thank you, Dawn for all your help!! Mike M
