Called with a problem in the attic and it was taken care of promptly.
even after a short phone call, i had a horrible feeling about this company. the woman i spoke to was rude and practically mocked me, before she hung up i could hear her saying “oh my god!” in reference to my questions- my questions were not out of the ordinary at all and any other company would’ve understood. disappointed that i didn’t read the reviews before calling. don’t go here!!
Stay AWAY from Pegasus! I was constantly being overbilled for yard mowings at the property which tenants verified did not happen. Sharon placed a tenant whose total income was limited to SS disability and the rent was 60% of her income. She was a pig and had to be evicted. Caused thousands of dollars in damage. Tenant had unauthorized people living with her--seven people in a two bedroom apartment. Sharon missed deadlines for getting the rental permit renewed, costing me $400. Disgusted! I wish I had never heard of Pegasus.
