Decent plumbing, but I’m really having problems paying the bill. I had to ask them for an invoice. They wanted me to send a paper check so I did. They never cashed it so I had to follow up and ask for another invoice. The online link didn’t initially work so I had to call back Overall, I’ve spent about an hour just trying to pay the bill. This is sad because the plumber actually did a good job. But I can’t spend an hour each time trying to resolve their accounting issues.
Called them about a tankless water heater giving an error. The guy showed up the first time and said he needed to clean something out and tighten some screws that it would fix the issue… it did not! We called them out again Monday 4/4/22 the technician shows up calls the water heater manufacturer and is told to check the gas pressure, the tech didn’t have the correct tool to check the gas pressure so he said he would be back the next day. I used them first, they were abrupt and professionlly fixed my sewerage LeakageLeakage in side my bathroom
We were having pressure issues with both showers and our kitchen sink. We called Pegasus Plumbing and got help from Emily over the phone, she explained the process and handled our need with efficiency and professionalism. The team came to our house right away with the proper precautions and diagnosed the issue. We haven't had any trouble with our showers and sink ever since and charged us a reasonable rate. Every last item in my house is messed up. The gas line to the water heater is not the correct size. Lost pieces of plumbing fixtures. Installed the incorrect toilet. Came out 6 times in 2 weeks for a top out of a remodeled home and still didn't fix everything. DO NOT USE! Reporting to better business bureau and another plumber said the gas work is faulty and I should consider taking legal action. STAY AWAY!!!
