I have been to pegasus peak for 4-5 weeks for a knee injury. Kosta always makes sure I m feeling better every session and gives me few exercises that I can work on throughout the week. I have quickly recovered because of his help and care. He is also very knowledgeable regarding Gym and strength training always good to chat with him about that. Happy with everything he has done in a friendly and experienced way. Highly recommend him.

Kosta was amazing to deal with. I saw him around 8 times all together from injuries caused by an accident. He was able to pin point my pain, prescribe me ways to heal and by the end of it I was back to normal again. Very professional, very helpful. Would recommend to all 👍💯

I've been to a physio or two before and have to say Kosta does a great job. Only needed two sessions and he gave really insightful feedback and exercise suggestions. He asked all the right questions to ensure he understood my pain and range of motion. Helped me move past a few psychological issues I had with my pain so I can now get back to sport with ease of mind.

Kosta was really good in understanding and explaining everything. Is gentle and patient. He also follows up after the session as to how we are going with the exercises recommended and how we feel with the pain or injury. Will ask if we have any doubts while he is following up after the session and clarify it. This gives us a satisfaction or peace of mind as he follows up after the session to ensure we are doing the right thing and is there to support us to recovery.

Kosta is amazing! He helped me regain the strength in my foot after a severe ankle sprain. He is very patient, has a clear plan for recovery and listens to any concerns. He genuinely cares and works with you. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Kosta!
