alex is the nicest guy and does great work! excellent customer service and they are super honest people. i’m a woman in my 20s so going to mechanics by myself i always get nervous i’ll get ripped off but they explain everything to me and don’t overcharge. highly highly HIGHLY recommend these guys!!
He's a cool dude
Alex has excellent customer service skills and automotive knowledge. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He went over everything with me before doing work as I was concerned about cost ( which end d up being way more affordable than I thought) and even took care of a small fix free of charge just being kind. The shop is really neat with lots to see and even going there is a mini experience in itself. We'll definitely be back.
