DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THESE APARTMENTS, JEAN IS GREAT BUT THE MOLD IS BAD IN ALL THE APARTMENTS I LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT NEVER LATE MOVED OUT DUE TO THE MOLD IN THE WINDOWS WHICH IS CAUSED BY THE RAIN THAT POURS THRU THE OUTSIDE THERE IS MOLD GROWING INSIDE THE FRAME OF THE WINDOW FROM MOISTURE THERE IS NO WEATHER PROOFING. THE BATHROOM HAD A LEAK FROM UPSTAIRS THAT HAD A LEAK IN THE WALL MOLD THRU OUT THE WHOLE BATHROOM
Good luck! I am waiting for housing in order to start work. Instead of reasoning with me, they took my application fee and declined my application. Please note: When I viewed apartments the second time, the maintenance staff was sandblasting the tenant car lot with leaf blowers.... when you see how much sand is on the pavement in Fox Park, you understand how disgusting this could be. We moved the heck out there, Jean in the office and maintenance are by the far the nicest people. Our area use to be quiet and pleasant. I think this office really needs to replace Dani, she isn't very compassionate to the tenants that live there she also seems to be very uncaring this is the reason I changed my review.
I have rented from this company for over five years now, Front office are very nice, they really work hard to make sure you're taken care of :)
I’ve lived at Canterbury commons for 10+ years. I love how quiet the area is and neighbors are nice and friendly. We are set along side the river so you might see some wildlife close by. There is a pool for the summer months so no need to battle the beach traffic. It has chairs to sit, picnic tables and is well kept. We have washers and dryers downstairs, so no need to go to laundry mat.
