I’ve lived at Canterbury commons for 10+ years. I love how quiet the area is and neighbors are nice and friendly. We are set along side the river so you might see some wildlife close by. There is a pool for the summer months so no need to battle the beach traffic. It has chairs to sit, picnic tables and is well kept. We have washers and dryers downstairs, so no need to go to laundry mat.
I highly recommend Pegasus Apartments to anyone looking for an extremely clean apartment at an affordable rate, amazing maintenance and customer service. Thanks to Pegasus I am in no rush to buy a house given how great their rates are despite today's high rent cost. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
I’ve lived with Fox Park Apartments for 3 yrs, started with a base level and moved up to a top floor fully remodeled unit I couldn’t be happier with. The staff is great Other tenants friendly, apartments are nice inside and out. I gave it 4 stars only because they charge a $ 500 fee if want to move to a different unit within the complex, Even at the end of of your lease..Other than that, I recommend Fox Park apartments if ur looking for a great apartment with great staff at a reasonable price!
South Road Londonderry NH I rented from Pegasus management company from July of 2024 until January of 2025. When I moved in I had no issues, and it wasn’t until October when I was dealing with a DV case, that I was struggling with paying my rent.
