I’ve lived with Fox Park Apartments for 3 yrs, started with a base level and moved up to a top floor fully remodeled unit I couldn’t be happier with. The staff is great Other tenants friendly, apartments are nice inside and out. I gave it 4 stars only because they charge a $ 500 fee if want to move to a different unit within the complex, Even at the end of of your lease..Other than that, I recommend Fox Park apartments if ur looking for a great apartment with great staff at a reasonable price!
South Road Londonderry NH I rented from Pegasus management company from July of 2024 until January of 2025. When I moved in I had no issues, and it wasn’t until October when I was dealing with a DV case, that I was struggling with paying my rent. I was given an eviction notice for the month of October, so I went to the derry welfare office and they granted me the full amount for my rent for October and had a check sent to Pegasus. Dani wouldn’t help me set up my leasing account. At 11 am. Thanks Dani. My girlfriend has never rented before and they marked that she did…. Very very sketchy work done here. Would not recommend. Not to mention I stayed here oreviously while in college, and completed a 9 month lease. Watch. They’ll reply to this and some how say it was my fault. Guaranteed.
