Update 2-6-26. Visited mom in memory care unit today. Mom was clean and well kept. Room. Was neat and orderly. All staff friendly and helpful. Zero concerns about care they provide. Update 8-5-25. Mom has been moved to the memory care unit number of months ago. Visited today. My mom mas well take. Care of. Facilities were very clean. Staff way awesome with mom. No concerns. Where to begin? There are so many things. This place is always understaffed, especially at night. The food is horrible; there's no specific diet for people with diabetes. The director is a tyrant; she never greets anyone, only when she's giving a tour, of course, trying to convince people that the place is well-run, but it's quite the opposite. Whenever an employee tries to talk to her, she will walk away without saying anything. The maintenance man is in a relationship with one of his coworkers, and I wonder if that's profe... read more
Pegasus is the place to bring your loved one if you are looking for a facility that feels like a home. We moved mom from CA to be closer to us since my husband is her POA and she needs a high level of care. She is in early onset dementia and she is physically unable to care for her basic needs anymore. Pegasus has been everything we dreamed of for mom, she had her kidney removed this past June and cleanliness is very important to keep her healthy.
