DO NOT EXPECT to receive anything. Placed an order in 6th May order stating 2-5 days delivery, no update only when i contacted did they say they were awaiting a part of the order. Contacted several times via email and facebook. Told it was dispatched, then put a sale on as director said "hard times for small business" which is totally understandable. They would include a gesture if goodwill. No order and surprise surprise no answer when asked to refund.
I recently made a purchase of some of their kids insect repellent bracelets and they turned up broken. The pink bracelet was for my nearly 4 year old daughter and when I opened it and she saw the face had peeled off she was in tears. I emailed the company straight away and asked for a refund so I could purchase a different type of bracelet from another seller - one that I would be more confident that they wouldn’t break (like the more normal leather plait type, as I think after receiving these that these bracelets are a bit ... read more
My wife and I visited the shop in dumfries and was very impressed with the young lady who served us she was very friendly and patient and polite . Would we shop there again
