This company is despicable. They sent my mother's bill to collections before it was even due because I refused to pay the full amount and even though I did make a partial payment.The reason I didn't pay the full amount was because there were false charges on the bill. The parent company is Americare and they, their elder care facilities and the pharmacy all get away with ripping off seniors.
Amazing pharmacist and great prices.
Reasonable prices & great to work with. My parents went into an assisted living facility a few years ago. When we were getting costs for everything the facility informed us that we had to use Pegasus pharmacy because the bubble packed meds are dispensed by staff, I instantly thought prices would be through the roof. Luckily, this was NOT the case. After pricing all of their meds all the prices were the same as their old insurance, the highest was about 10% more. I have asked you over and over again to NOT send my mother these insanely high priced vitamins yet you do not seem to care what our wishes are. I will spend my entire morning today filing complaints with Medicare, Medicaid, the state and anyone else with whom I can file to complain to. Not sure why your arrogant staff think you can just do what you want to spite the customers wishes but I will put a stop to it today.
