Am dealing with someone that claims to bank here. I called to verify information and received a call back from a very rude and hateful branch manager. Staff help 10/10. Manager soft skills -10/10. Retraining on these might benefit the manager.
We use this bank for our work account and I am always able to get ahold of someone when there is an issue. Their customer service is phenomenal and I love that we bank there!
I’ve just recently been working with Pegasus Bank for a new client & I have to share my experience thus far.
