Awesome mechanic. They tell you up front how much something's going to cost (very fair price) and there are no surprise services they tack on the bill. Super friendly and professional. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for future repairs/ oil changes
I love this repair shop! They are the best in Salem MA at the moment, in my opinion, and are super helpful. They are kind, friendly, and hilarious. They repaired my Ford Escape which had a known manufacturer’s issue and they were fast and reasonable with the cost. They kept it on the lot and let me keep it there so I can attend to other matters in my life. They let me bring my own parts and pieces so I just paid for the labor.
