Our apartment was shockingly spacious for a central city hotel. Having a kitchenette meant we could cook quiet breakfasts before heading out, although we did enjoy the breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor a few times which was great

Terrible wifi, slower than a snail crawl, had to do everything on roaming data which was terrible for oversea visitors like me and staff provided zero support! Garbage chute was dirty and piled up high. Gym was in maintenance during my stay. Absolutely terrible, only good thing was the position of the place.

Buffet breakfast was INSANE, so many options and hella good. Bed was triple sheeted though so there was no actual doona cover, so from a sanitary point a bit stanky. Sheets did feel like they were pulled straight form an IKEA display bed, like disposable sheet level. But overall very clean and a pretty good affordable hotel for being so close to Melbourne central. Would stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Pegasus hotel. We stayed for about 2 weeks as we were apartment hunting in Melbourne. Ammy, Emma and the rest of the staff were super accommodating to our needs, as our plans changed during our apartment hunt. For the price, you’d be hard pressed to find a better hotel/ air bnb experience. Thanks again Pegasus Hotel and staff!

Needed a place to stay in the CBD for just one night and this fit the bill. Close to the Southern Cross station, loads of dining options nearby. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked as expected with the bathroom and kitchenette. Front desk, staff were friendly and helpful. If we needed to return and stay for a week, we would certainly consider this this place.
