The room were spacious and large, whilst the beds were comfortable and there were many pillows. The service was great, with daily housekeeping. The elevators up and down were also very fast, helping with the efficiency. The location is also very convenient, located right near Queen Victoria Market, whilst a short walk to the centre of Melbourne and Bourke Street Mall.
The pricing and quality of the room was satisfactory although I booked a Queen bed studio only to find two single beds uncomfortably pushed together not comfortable at all and they did NOT tell me there was a room fee of $100 upon booking which was not fair! I am a singer with Pop Choir Australia we just released a single on Friday 19/25.for a charity and I need to stay somewhere overnight to perform.. Perfect location, facilities, room size, cleanliness
We booked the two bedroom. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and lots of pillows! They have daily housekeeping but don’t clean our dishes. They do replace towels everyday which is just what we need. For it’s price in the CBD it’s worth staying!
