Pegasus provided transportation to and from Louder Than Life. They were very well organized and in the evenings Wes was on site making sure things went smoothly. He was super nice. I appreciate they limited ticket sales and was grateful for the MUCH shorter line and waiting times than we experienced the previous year with another service. They were a bit more pricey but worth it to me for the time saved. One suggestion would be to have drivers drive the route before their first run. I'll be honest--I haven't even taken the shuttle yet. But the amount of support and assistance I've received over the phone is worth a 5-star rating in and of itself. I spoke on the phone with a few different people leading up to my hotel shuttle, all women and of course I didn't take down names :( Everyone was very friendly, they listened carefully to my requests, answered all of my questions, and worked quickly to resolve my issue (it was my own issue, not theirs).
