I was a customer of progressive for years… For no reason, they jacked up my rate, in spite of no insurance claims made. After they refused to negotiate, I called Peg And within a few minutes, she provided me with a quote that there’s less than I have ever been paying with progressive for better coverage. She is always fast and responsive with questions.
