Steph is a compassionate instructor who knows how to make new parents feel capable when it comes to regaining their physical strength. The classes are fun and engaging for both parents and babies. Highly recommend her programs.
Amazing community of moms and dads to work out with post-partum, have fun and get back into fitness. Steph is an awesome instructor making challenging yet enjoyable workouts with modifications if needed.
