I love Peg City Fitness! The workout and trainers are amazing! I can honestly say that I look forward to training. Can’t imagine training anywhere else.
Peg City is a "HIIT" style of circuit training that offers a different workout everyday. It is a great mix of cardio and weight training with the benefit of having trainers guide you along the way to motivate, encourage and ensure you are doing things correctly. The music is loud and the energy level is high! Be prepared to have fun with a friendly and welcoming group of people. Locally owned and operated, this is not your typical big box, corporate gym.
