I did some work there it's a very down-to-earth old-time gym very polite people and a lot of good equipment
New to the area, Luke at the front desk was super kind and informative. Showed me a whole run down of the place and how it's gonna look with the new renovations. As soon as I'm ready to set myself up with a gym it's obvious this is the spot for quality and vibe. Greatly appreciated the walk thru!
New Eleiko from IPF Bench World's is so cool. 24/7 access is a big time upgrade. Love seeing the positive changes at a classic gym.
Frank, the owner is very kind and helpful. As good a place for women as for men.
