Seems to be a scam. No one will respond to me about removing my dead pet. I cannot not remove her myself and I can't cancel the subscription or remove my payment method. This is a money grab preying on pet owners and grieving owners like myself.
Great experience
I've been trying to get one of two pets ownership transferred since March 15, 2026. The last response I've had from Peeva was March 23rd, which was an email asking for more information. I responded that night and never heard back. I've sent multiple emails since, a LinkedIn message, at least 10 phone calls where I left voicemails, and send support request through the website. None of these attempts were acknowledged or responded to. I have now filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but also want to share my exper... read more
