I've been trying to get one of two pets ownership transferred since March 15, 2026. The last response I've had from Peeva was March 23rd, which was an email asking for more information. I responded that night and never heard back. I've sent multiple emails since, a LinkedIn message, at least 10 phone calls where I left voicemails, and send support request through the website.
