If I could give this quack 0 stars, I would! He’s incompetent, not board certified. Got his medical degree from the Medical School of the Caribbean. He misread a CAT scan and misdiagnosed my father thereby treating him with Heparin as though he had a clot, which was not the case. That treatment caused a brain bleed (stroke) which killed my father! Stay far far away from this imposter of a doctor!
