One of their drivers threw his cigarette onto my car, looked at me when I was honking at him about it, and just kept driving and ignored me. My entire car started to smell like it was on fire. Had to pull over onto the highway and take my windshield wipers completely off to get to it. It is the dead of winner and everyone is going 5 miles an hour on 55. He was driving without a license plate so when I called, there was no way to really identify him. Guy on the phone couldn’t even pretend to care. Unprofessional company.
