All I can say, is the manager is a sexist jerk.. who like to make fun of customers with his staff. I tried dealing with him several times since I have a peerless tire card, and every time he is rude, and nasty. And apparently they only offer two brands of tires.... kinda crappy for a "tire" store. I am no longer keeping my peerless tires card, and finding someone else to business with!!
I would not recommend Peerless Tire in Hutchinson, Ks to anyone. They put the wrong size wheel on your truck. Not only did it cost us a lot of extra money it also caused us to have safety issues. We had brake problems and worn tires because of wrongly installed wheels. They do not stand by their product. Terrible customer service!
We took our car in to have the studded snow tires removed and the regular tires mounted and balanced. We also asked that they check/repair one of the studded tires as it had been low. They forgot to check the studded tire and told us to just have it done when we had them put back on. My husband, myself and a couple of our friends were heading to Las Vegas, when 1 of our tires blew. This place had fantastic services, the employees were extremely friendly, and they are very fast, didn't take long for us to get a new tire put on, like maybe 10-15 mins tops for entire visit. Plus, was not too expensive!! Definitely would recommend this place. Great work guys!

this shop is full of crooks, they misbalanced the tires on my car after being sure to tell me i had a flat spot on one of my tires. i had a horrible vibration as soon as i got on the freeway. so i took it to another shop near where i was, and they showed me on their tire balancer how many extra weights were on my tires. strangely i had no vibration after they balanced my tires. i confronted the manager about it and got a full refund. don t go here
Will not honor warntee for tires because they are old...!!! Well I am old and my warntee is expireing too... But life time should mean life time of me or my Chevy truck , not the tires...!!!
