I was in the salina ks store this morning for a tire rotation. This is a service you pay extra for when you purchase the tires. when the job was complete the man told me they had to replace a couple lug bolts, and the price for 2 lug bolts would be $21.00 and change. I ask the manager to put my lug bolts back on. So he had a man remove the 2 new lug bolts. Than the manager came in and handed me the lug bolts they ruined and said they could not put them back on.
