I just want to extend my thanks all the excellent workers at Peerless Tire Co (PTC) for taking care of me on a cold evening and allowing my tires be put on after hours. Your team is great, I found the best price always at PTC beyond shopping all over town and everyone was booked and your dream team put them on for me. I definitely recommend PTC, I will tell my friends because everyone deserves excellent service.
While visiting friends in Manhattan, my son noticed he had a low tire. He went in to Peerless on Sept 28th to have a leaking tire checked. Peerless rep insisted that he needed all 4 new tires. My son replaced all 4 and left the shop. He got on the road to home, Leavenworth, immediately after the tires were replaced. My parents who were traveling with a trailer to elk hunting camp noticed they had a bad tire or two. Had no idea where to go, stopped in a few places but no one would/could help them. Finally went to your store and in 30 minutes -give of take- Sales person #11628 (your name isn’t on the sales ticket, sorry 😐)at this Peerless Tires location had them back on the road. I went in and had the front two tires replaced on my Buick park avenue. No problems, all went fine but 8 days later when I could afford the two more I sent my girl friend in with the car and told her to have the back tires replaced with same size and kind as they put on the front just 8 days earlier. Nope, they ended up replacing the 8 day old tires that they had installed. The paperwork even had my girl friends parents name on it and they’re car, a Pontiac Grand Prix!
