Will not go back there to save my life. I went there to get a tire patched. It was not patachable so I needed a new tire. They did not have the tire in stock so they had to order it and they said that it would be in next buisness day. They get the tire in they go to mount the tire on my rim and they discover a crack in my rim. It was not cracked when I gave it to them. Have been buying tires at this location for entire company fleet for 10 years. Current manager acts as if he is unhappy to be there, never smiles, is rude and acts as if you are a bother to him for walking in to spend money. Previous management staff was friendly and polite. Won't be back
I bought 4 new tires last year from this Peerless Tyre store. They are always friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions asked.
I was in the salina ks store this morning for a tire rotation. This is a service you pay extra for when you purchase the tires. when the job was complete the man told me they had to replace a couple lug bolts, and the price for 2 lug bolts would be $21.00 and change. I ask the manager to put my lug bolts back on. So he had a man remove the 2 new lug bolts. Than the manager came in and handed me the lug bolts they ruined and said they could not put them back on. If the Peerless Tire Store on the east side of Manhattan next to Dairy Queen was on the Indy 500 track Mario Andretti might have his tires changed there at their quality Pit Stop. Chad and his quality technicians have take excellent care of me at their 1001 North 3rd Street location for over 15 years. Thanks for always being kind gentlemen.
